Behavioral health. Anywhere. Anytime.
MyCare Technologies provides immediate, on-demand assessments and counseling, along with concurrent documentation and solution analytics to measure patient outcomes and treatment plans. MyCare is a private, secure, HIPAA-compliant resource.

From January – October 2023, there have been 50,126 crisis calls within the state of Oklahoma, freeing first responders, educators, and other community workers to focus on their primary tasks.

MyCare Shows that You Care
According to the National Institute of Mental Health, mental illnesses affect tens of millions of people in the United States each year. Estimates suggest that only half of the affected people receive treatment. An estimated 1 in 25 Americans lives with a serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depression. Behavioral/mental health conditions are much higher in people with chronic medical conditions or other difficult circumstances, such as extreme poverty, homelessness, addiction, isolation, or incarceration.
MyCare was created to help all of these people. Our vision is a world where all populations have access to competent, compassionate behavioral health information and services whenever they need it most.
Our Model of Care
We believe:
- In earning trust, modeling ethical practices, and keeping our word.
- That understanding and caring about people’s needs drives everything we do.
- In advancing equitable access to health care products and services to improve lives, outcomes, and wellbeing.
- In consistently delivering excellence to build loyal, valued relationships.
In approaching problems holistically to deliver the best results possible.
MyCare Technologies is trusted by law enforcement, first responders, clinicians, case managers, and more for crisis de-escalation.
"MyCare has strengthened our relationships with people across Oklahoma by putting tablets directly into the hands of consumers with more intense needs. This provides them with immediate access to crisis de-escalation and greatly reduces the number of calls to both 911 and 988, and results in fewer hospitalizations.”
