With Patient highlighted in the lefthand column, click the green button that says New Patient.
The Auxiliary, Chart ID, or MRN is the business practice software used to chart individuals for your specific company.
The External ID is an additional identifier for the patient.
You can then enter the First Name, Middle Name (if you choose to do so), Last Name, Preferred Name (optional), and Date of Birth.
By default, the “Active Status” will be set to Active. If they leave the program and no longer have an iPad assigned to them, choose Inactive.
Once everything is filled in, click Save at the top of the screen.
After you hit Save, the screen will change to reflect the new patient’s chart. Here, you can assign them a device and add their phone number.
Once a patient’s chart has been created, the patient will need to be assigned a clinician(s). Go to My Team at the top of the patient chart and click Add. Type in the name of the clinician you want to assign. Choose the name from the dropdown list and hit Select.
