Select New Facility or click Edit beside an existing facility to open the Facility configuration page.
Each facility includes the following fields:
Name – Official facility name
Contact Name – Primary point of contact
Phone – Contact phone number
Facility Type – ARC, URC, SCC, Hospital, or Other
Max Check Interval – Maximum allowed Safety Check interval for clinicians.
Max Capacity – Maximum number of individuals the facility can house
Capacity Warning Level – Threshold that triggers a capacity alert
State / City / County / ZIP – Physical location
Address 1 / Address 2 – Facility address
Active Status – Determines whether clinicians can select this facility in MyCare
