MyCare iPads prominently features a large, red Crisis Button at the bottom of the screen. When giving the patient an iPad, make sure they are familiar with the Crisis Button and explain that it is an immediate call to your organization.
When a patient presses the crisis call button, a message will appear on the screen before they are connected.
