With biometric technology integrated into MyCare, clinicians can effortlessly access their accounts by simply looking at the screen. This feature simplifies the login process and facilitates a smoother workflow.
To get started, access Settings from your home screen and press Face Data.
A welcome message will populate on your screen. Press Start.
You will be directed to align your face in the frame. The camera will automatically take a photo to begin the authentication process.
You will be asked to take a few additional photos from different angles to complete verification. After you have completed setting up MyCare Face Authentication, you will receive a confirmation message.
Note: The next time you sign in to the MyCare app, simply press the blue and white face icon on the login screen and look at the screen to authenticate. This bypasses the need to enter your username and password.
