The Patients tab will allow you to search for a patient by name or chart number.Select the patient name to pull up their MyCare profile.
The top of their chart will display additional tabs:
My Team displays assigned clinicians to the patient. Here, you can also add or remove assigned team members.
My Documents displays documents sent to the patient. This tab also allows you to send documents and view the status of those documents.
My Assessments displays documents sent to the patient. Like My Documents, you can send and view the status of assessments.
My Messages displays all messages sent by the patient to their assigned team members.
