Choosing Documents from the clinician’s home screen will display all documents sent from the clinician, including complete and incomplete documents. You can filter the list of documents by the type of document sent, as well as the status of the document – whether it’s complete or incomplete.
Icons will be displayed to the left of each document to indicate its status. A green check mark means the patient has successfully signed the document. An orange icon indicates the patient has viewed the document but has not signed it. If there is no icon, the patient has neither viewed nor signed the document.

To delete a document sent to a patient but not yet completed, press
